This listing requires you to send me fabric from your wedding-related item (pieces of your wedding dress, veil, sash, etc.).
Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted. All keepsake orders are final sale.
I will make a maximum of 3 attempts to contact you regarding your fabric or order details. If you do not send your fabric or respond after these attempts, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Each keepsake is custom from start to finish, and preparation begins once your order is placed.

Our Wedding Keepsake Embroidered Crewneck & Hoodie transforms meaningful fabric from your special day into a one-of-a-kind wearable keepsake. Send a piece of your wedding dress, veil, sash, or another meaningful wedding textile, and it will be incorporated into your custom appliqué design.

Customization Options

• Sizes: S–3XL
• Add a name (up to 7 letters) — Personalize your keepsake with an embroidered name. Please enter the name in the order notes box.
• Add an Est. year for +$10 — Add the year that marks your special day.
*If you select a style that includes an Est. year, please enter the year in the order notes box.
*Please include your preferred thread color for the appliqué satin border and, if applicable, the Est. year embroidery in the order notes box.
How It Works
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the address where your fabric should be mailed.
- You may also email Sewguaro@gmail.com to request the mailing address for sending your material.
- Please mail your fabric within 1 week of placing your order.
- Shipping your fabric to us is the responsibility of the customer. Tracking is strongly recommended.
- We are not responsible for fabric or packages lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit to us.
- Any usable leftover fabric will be returned to you with your completed keepsake.
Embroidery Details
• Please allow 2–3 weeks for production after your fabric is received.
• Premium custom embroidery — no iron-ons or screen printing.
• Professionally stitched appliqué and embroidery designed for lasting wear.
• Each keepsake is individually made to order with care.
Product images are mockups. Because each keepsake is handmade using customer-provided materials, actual fabric appearance, embroidery placement, and design size may vary slightly.
Care Instructions
• Hand washing recommended to help protect your keepsake and sentimental fabric.
• Use cold or warm water — maximum 40°C / 105°F.
• If machine washing, use a gentle cycle.
• Do not soak for extended periods.
• For additional protection, turn the garment inside out before washing.
