Do you accept returns?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. If we are notified within this 24-hour window, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation or refund requests received after 24 hours may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Because our products are custom-made, production may have already begun, and a partial refund may be issued depending on the status of your order and the work already completed.
Once an order has entered production, a full refund may not be available.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.
How long does shipping take?
Standard production and shipping takes 2-3 weeks. Express carrier shipping is available for faster delivery, but does not speed up production time. If you need your order sooner, please contact us about rush order options before placing your order.
Do you offer custom embroidery?
Yes! We offer custom embroidery on select items. Contact us for personalization options and pricing. Please keep in mind that sometimes custom orders will have a one time digitizing fee of $30 per design, to take your idea and turn it into an embroidery design.
What is your current turn around time?
Current TAT is 2-3 weeks from the day of your order. If you ordered a keepsake, the TAT is 1-2 weeks from the day I receive your keepsake item(s).
Do you embroider on customer-supplied items?
It depends on the item(s). If I decide it's an item I feel comfortable embroidering on, you will be required to sign a liability waiver. I will not work on your item(s) until that waiver is signed and returned back to me.
Do you embroider company logos?
Yes. There is always a one time digitizing fee for new logos/customs designs. This fee ranges from $30 depending on size, location, and complexity. This is a one time fee which allows me to turn your logo into an embroidery file, which can then be used on the item(s) of your choice. Once the logo is created into an embroidery file, you are free to use it however many times you would like.
