Sewguaro creates custom and personalized apparel using customer-provided details, artwork, logos, and design requests.

By submitting artwork, logos, images, or design files, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorization to use and reproduce those materials. Sewguaro is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or other intellectual property issues related to customer-provided designs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, brand names, images, characters, artwork, or other designs submitted to Sewguaro. By submitting these materials, you agree to protect and hold Sewguaro harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes resulting from the use of customer-provided artwork.

Sewguaro reserves the right to refuse any order containing artwork or requests that may infringe upon the rights of another individual, business, organization, or protected property.

All original designs, artwork, and creative materials created by Sewguaro remain the intellectual property of Sewguaro and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

By placing an order with Sewguaro, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding custom designs, customer-provided artwork, and intellectual property rights.
