Shipping Policy

 

Our current turnaround time for embroidery is approximately 2–3 weeks from the date your order is placed, and approximately 2 - 3 weeks for orders. Please keep in mind that turnaround times may vary depending on order volume, supplier availability, holidays, and other circumstances that may impact a small business.

All items are made to order. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that turnaround time refers to the time needed to create your item and does not include shipping time.

Rush Orders

Need your order sooner? Rush orders may be available depending on current production schedules, item availability, and the details of your order. Please contact Sewguaro before placing your order to confirm availability.

Rush orders are not guaranteed until approved by Sewguaro. Rush fees are additional charges for prioritizing production and do not include expedited shipping costs.

Rush Order Fees

• 7–10 business day turnaround: +$15 rush fee per order
• 3–6 business day turnaround: +$25–$40 rush fee per order
• 1–2 business day turnaround: +$50+ rush fee per order (only if available)

Rush fees may vary depending on order size, design complexity, garment availability, and current production schedule.

Purchasing expedited shipping does not speed up production time unless a rush order has been approved. Expedited shipping only affects the carrier’s delivery time after your order has been completed.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Sewguaro is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.
